Each item is individually patterned for a perfect fit (or we’ll alter it for free!)

Method of Compression

The binder is made of elastic fabric on the front and back and does not use a non-stretch panel to achieve compression. The strength of the elastic varies from high compression to low compression in all-elastic binders. All-Elastic Compression
The binder's back panel is made of a lower compression/higher stretch fabric than the front panel. Both all-elastic and non-stretch panel compression may have lower compression rear panels Lower Compression Rear Panel

Garment Styles

A tank that ends at the mid-belly but is not long enough to tuck into your pants. I recommend this option if your tissue bulges out from the bottom of a 1/2 tank. Full-length Tank
A tank that ends a few inches below the bottom of your chest tissue. People with larger chests may find that their tissue bulges out the bottom Half-length Tank
Racerback tanks allow for the greatest motion of the scapula and are recommended whenever you are doing activities that demand significant shoulder movement. The straps of a racerback can exert more pressure onto the upper traps and neck muscles and can trigger headaches in some people. Racerback Tank
Strapless binders must be low-compression to be healthy options and should only be worn when tank and tape-style binders are not feasible options for your unique body. It is important that they fit the true measurements of your body and not be cinched tightly around the ribcage. Band style binders should not be homemade or made with velcro that allows for adjusting more than 2 inches. Strapless/Band Style
A tank binder with thinner straps similar to traditional bra straps which can be adjusted. This can be especially helpful for people who are experiencing headaches from binding or people who have long torsos and need a customizable fit. Adjustable Strap
These styles vary in strap width and appeal to people who are looking for a binder which supports wearing clothing designed for “feminine” expression. Femme-Styled
Compression shirts and high-compression sports bras are lower-compression options which leave more room for chest tissue thus exerting less pressure on the sternum than other binder garments. Compression Shirt/Sports Bra
Thin mesh fabrics on the back panel make binders more conducive to high-heat conditions and people who sweat a lot. The air flow to supports greater sweat evaporation which is your body's natural cooling system. Breathable Mesh Back Panel
These binders are made of fabrics safe for wearing in the water. They will maintain their compression even when wet and the fabric will hold up to the wear and tear of the water. Rinsing the binder after swimming in chlorinated or salt water will extend the life of the binder. Water-Safe Binders
These are garments designed and styled as swimsuits and include chest compression. The level of compression in these garments varies from light to heavy. Swimsuit Design
When pre-made binders do not fit your body, having a binder made to your exact measurements or specifications may be your best option. Common reasons for needing custom binders are: small ribcage with large chest tissue, accommodating permanent medical devices, accomodating chronic conditions like hypermobility, pain conditions, or asthma Custom Designs
